The Need for Speed

In my first few weeks at Euronet Software Solutions, one thing has become apparent: there is a universal need for speed. Marketers and Financial Institutions share a common requirement: to address the customer's needs as quickly and seamlessly as possible. For marketers, that might be serving up the most relevant ad in a few milliseconds of landing on a website. For financial institutions, transaction speed shows its importance in several areas. Merchants and Banks not only need to receive, route and authorize transactions in a matter of seconds, but it’s also in their best interest to balance those transactions as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, most players involved in the transaction process wait until the end of the night to complete the settlement process.
